Hello! in this page i wanna tell you about what i have observed on my cooperative teacher, his name is Sir John Paul, he is a biology teacher in USHS. In the first and second week i attended the sea teacher project, i observed how to teach used by Sir John Paul in delivering learning material.

1.1 Planning for Teaching
Before teaching in the classroom the teacher will prepare a lesson plan that refers to the competency standards contained in the K to 12 curriculum, then the lesson plan will be adjusted again with the syllabus used. In the new school year, the teacher will prepare a learning scheme for one study year, which is adjusted to the existing curriculum, this learning scheme for one study year call Syllabus or Outcomes-Based Education Course Design. Syllabus contains topics contents, standard contents, standard performance, teaching and learning activities, and assessment task.

1.2 Preparing Lesson Plan and Materials
Sir John Paul will prepare everything he needs when teaching in class, based on the lesson plan he has made.there are several things that the teacher prepares before teaching, namely:

1. Teaching materials the teacher provides teaching materials that students use in learning, such as textbooks. According to what i have observed to Sir John Paul, he gives students e-modules sourced from the internet, these e-modules will be used by students in the learning process in the classroom. in addition to preparing the e-module, he also prepared a powerpoint presentation that he would present in class.

2. Prepare learning media to support good learning, there is a need for supporting learning media, such as projectors and speakers. Sir John Paul, prepared a powerpoint to present in the class where he needed a projector and screen to present his powerpoint. He also prepared microphones and speakers as loudspeakers so that learning could be more effective.

1.3 Teaching in Class
Sir John Paul, used the presentation method when teaching with the student center learning approach.  At the beginning of the study, the teacher provides motivation to students, Sir John Paul asks about the condition of the students, then he reviews the previous study. then he continues his motivation by asking students what they think if they become successful people, then he asks what they want to make when they become educated people. Then Sir John Paul, explained the learning material by asking students in advance, then he gave praise for the students' answers as rewards, then he explained the correct material as reinforcement. at the end of the study he gave several questions as an evaluation of what he had learned and informed the students about the material to be studied later. thus students can learn the material to be studied later.

1.4 Measurement and Evaluation
In the beginning of teaching the teacher gives several questions in the form of multiple choice and essays as a review of previous studies or as a quiz for the material being studied. This is to measure the level of students' understanding of the previous material and the material to be studied. At the end of the study the teacher provides an evaluation to measure the level of understanding of the students of the material being taught. This series of questions will be accumulated in value and become part of the student's final assessment.
